As a Mid-Sized Agency, MooreMac takes a team approach to everything it sets out to accomplish. Each member has different strengths and we recognize that in order to have success as an agency we need to continuously improve as individuals. Below you’ll find a short intro to each member of the organization.
Andrew Mendygral
As Owner, Andy manages the day to day business for the agency, the long term company strategy as well as MooreMac’s largest account, Grainger. He earned a Chemical Engineering Degree from Iowa State University and attributes his ability to find creative solutions for his suppliers to his strong analytic background.
He believes his role is to strengthen the relationships between his customers and suppliers. He knows he can only do that if he can add value to that relationship and spends his time determining what unique value each of his customer/supplier relationships can benefit most from.
When he’s not focusing on work, he’s spending his time in the kitchen or with his family at ball parks, basketball courts, soccer fields and cross country meets. He enjoys watching his kids grow up and is proud of the way they are tackling life. While he still holds a winning record in 21 on the driveway with his son and races with his daughter, he knows that will not last.
David Brashler – Partner/Account Manager
As a Partner since 2013, Dave helps manage the everyday business operations at MooreMac. In addition, his sales responsibilities include managing MooreMac’s Retail business and directly calling on Ace Hardware and True Value. Dave has been in the Hardware industry for over 24 years and a Manufacture's Rep. for 20 years. His knowledge of the Hardware, Industrial, Contractor, Farm, and STAFDA markets are a major asset to MooreMac. Dave believes that building a strong relationship with both his vendors and customers is the result of demonstrating hard work, product expertise, integrity and a passion to achieve mutual goals. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, and vacationing in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
Jon Duesing – Account Manager
In 2012, Jon left Fein Tool to become part of the MooreMac team. Throughout his career, Jon has worked in all phases of the tool industry. He’s spent time in the STAFDA world working for Fasteners, Inc., as an outside salesman and branch manager. He’s work with iconic brands like Porter Cable managing the Chicago Market on the professional side of their business as well as starting up their End User program. At Fein, Jon covered the IL and WI territory opening up key accounts like Grainger, McMaster Carr, Ace Hardware, True Value & Air Gas. With MooreMac, Jon is able to leverage many of his industrial relationships in the territory while also managing the Kaba/Ilco account. He’s proven to be excellent at networking, developing strong relationships with customers and getting the job done, regardless of what it requires. Outside of work, Jon’s passions are politics and community service. He satiates that passion by being the Park District Commissioner for Hanover Park, and a Park Foundation Member. In his spare time, Jon punishes himself by playing racquetball and training for 5k’s.
James O'Connor – Account Manager
James joined MooreMac in 2018 after previous Product Management roles at big box retailers like Sears and ecommerce companies including Fanatics and Zoro. James has English degrees from Bradley University and the University of Illinois-Chicago where he developed the communication skills that allow him to add value for suppliers and customers. As a buyer for over 10 years, James learned the traits of a good merchant, a good supplier and what makes a good manufacturer’s representative that can help both of those parties.
At MooreMac, James is responsible for managing business at Ace Hardware, True Value and ABC Supply.
Outside of work James lives to sit on his back porch with his wife and watch his three boys play in the treehouse they all built together.
Jason Pecore - Account Manager
Jason joined Moore Mac in January of 2020, but has been a manufacturer’s representative with over 20 years of experience selling into the Farm and Ag channel, and prior to that he worked in hardware retail for 7 years. He continues to handle that business for us, calling on both Fleet Farm and Blain’s Farm and Fleet. Jason divides his time between working at all levels of the corporate offices at those accounts as well as getting out into the field to grow the business through store service, training, and product resets.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys tackling Do-it-Yourself projects and spending time outdoors with his family.
Joe Bonadonna – Account Manager
Joe joined MooreMac in 2022 after previously spending 10 years with Grainger. He held various positions throughout Grainger’s supply chain functions and managed the Fleet Vehicle Maintenance, Hardware, and AbilityOne product categories. Joe also led Grainger Canada’s Supplier Performance organization and gained valuable experience with their international market. His most recent role was leading the inventory control and quality assurance team at Grainger’s central distribution center in Minooka, IL.
While at MooreMac, his primary responsibility will be to support the Grainger team while building sales at some key distributor accounts in the Chicago area.
Outside of work Joe spends his time staying fit, visiting national parks with his wife, and trying to play golf in all 50 states. He enjoys participating in various sports and rooting for all Chicago based teams.
Maryanne Paul – Office Manager/Inside Sales
As the Office Manager/Sales Support, Maryanne is the first point of contact for incoming calls. She manages & executes numerous office functions including phone and computer correspondence, supplier reports as well as Trade Show preparation and attendance. She supports the sales team with their larger accounts: Grainger, True Value, and Ace. Her strengths include knowing each of our customers key contacts and their Vendor Portals as well as developing strong relationships with the key support people at our suppliers.
Maryanne’s background experience includes many years in product & inventory management at Sears Holdings. Having sat on both sides of the business, she’s become adept at anticipating our customer’s needs, meeting their deadlines and helping us work within their limitations.
In her down time, she loves spending time with her family which includes her grandson, her dog and trips back to the East Coast where she grew up. Nothing like the sun, the ocean and boating whenever the opportunity arises.
Patti Hatton - Inside Sales
Patti joined MooreMac in April of 2020 to help support their growing Grainger and Farm Channel businesses. She brings over 18 years of experience in helping suppliers navigate the operational processes in both channels. Her primary responsibilities will include managing new item set ups for our suppliers, facilitating product life cycle changes and helping our supplier partners better understand the state of their business through different scorecard and POS reports.
In her free time, Patti enjoys the outdoors as much as possible. She travels when her schedule allows, spends time hiking in Arizona and cherishes the time she gets to spend with her family.
Maureen Voypick – Digital Marketing Manager
Maureen joined MooreMac in 2015, working in a dual role as graphic designer and Grainger content coordinator. Her graphic design responsibilities include design and maintenance of the MooreMac website and assisting suppliers in creating materials of their own. She also coordinates the enhanced content efforts for MooreMac’s key account Grainger, adding images, videos and sales materials to the products posted on their site, and supports the team with Trade Show preparation and attendance for True Value.
In her down time, Maureen is busy running around with her two young boys. She relishes the weekends for relaxing with her family and friends, and enjoys being outside as much as possible.
